Architectural Accessibility

Building: Perkoz

Łańsk Holiday Resort
11-034 Stawiguda, Poland

The Perkoz building has one main entrance from the public road.

Stairs lead to the main entrance located in the central part of the building. There are wheelchair ramps on both the right and left sides leading toward the stairs.

The main entrance doors are double-leaf and wide, allowing easy wheelchair access.

There is no audio navigation system for blind or visually impaired persons above the main entrance.

The entrance is not secured by gates.

Corridors, the hall and rooms on the ground floor are accessible to wheelchair users.

Directly opposite the main entrance is a large hall that allows free movement for wheelchair users.

At the end of the hall there are two-stage stairs leading to the first and second floors.

There is no lift in the building.

On the left side of the main entrance there are two multimedia rooms (A and B) that can be combined into a larger space, allowing free movement for wheelchair users. The conference room doors are wide and accessible.

On the right side of the main entrance there are wide doors leading to a long corridor with guest rooms.

Room No. 1 on the ground floor is adapted for persons with disabilities.

On the ground floor there are publicly accessible toilets: men's, women's, and a toilet adapted for wheelchair users.

The Perkoz building does not have lifting platforms, communication loops, induction loops, or audio navigation systems for blind or visually impaired persons.

There are no Braille markings, high-contrast markings or large-print signs in the building.

There is a parking area in front of the main building. There are no designated parking spaces for persons with disabilities; however, parking is possible directly in front of the main entrance and near the ramps on both sides of the building.

Assistance dogs and guide dogs are allowed in the building and all its rooms.

Building: Puszcza

The Puszcza building has one main entrance.

Stairs lead to the main entrance located in the central part of the building.

There is a wheelchair ramp on the left side of the building leading to the main entrance.

The entrance doors are double-leaf and wide, allowing wheelchair access.

There is no audio navigation system for blind or visually impaired persons above the main entrance.

The entrance is not secured by gates.

A large reception hall and ground floor rooms are accessible to wheelchair users.

Opposite the main entrance there is a large hall allowing free wheelchair movement.

On the right side of the entrance there is a corridor leading to two-stage stairs to the first floor, where rooms and apartments are located.

There is no lift in the building.

Public toilets are located at the end of the corridor.

One toilet on the ground floor is adapted for persons with disabilities.

On the left side of the entrance there is a restaurant hall and bar with sufficient space for wheelchair users.

The restaurant hall doors are double-leaf and wide, allowing easy wheelchair access. From the restaurant hall, double doors lead to the restaurant terrace.

On the ground floor there is the Oak Apartment II, adapted for persons with disabilities. It can be accessed via the ramp leading to the main entrance and has direct access to the terrace and ramp.

The Puszcza building does not have lifting platforms, communication loops, induction loops, or audio navigation systems for blind or visually impaired persons.

There are no Braille markings, high-contrast markings or large-print signs in the building.

There is no parking directly in front of the building. The parking area is located approximately 50 metres to the left of the main entrance. There are no designated parking spaces for persons with disabilities, but parking is possible there.

Assistance dogs and guide dogs are allowed in the building and all its rooms.

Building: Gawra

The Gawra building has a main entrance from the public road.

A paved walkway leads to the main entrance.

The entrance doors allow wheelchair access. The main entrance is covered.

There is no audio navigation system for blind or visually impaired persons above the entrance.

The entrance is not secured by gates.

A corridor accessible to wheelchair users leads directly to Apartment Gawra 2, which is adapted for persons with disabilities.

There is no lift in the building.

The Gawra building does not have lifting platforms, communication loops, induction loops, or audio navigation systems for blind or visually impaired persons.

There are no Braille markings, high-contrast markings or large-print signs in the building.

The parking area is located approximately 50 metres from the main building. There are no designated parking spaces for persons with disabilities, but parking is possible there.

Assistance dogs and guide dogs are allowed in the building and all its rooms.

Other buildings located within the Łańsk Holiday Resort are not architecturally accessible to persons with disabilities.
